FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE - FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM - FUEL RAIL

Smelled fuel, opened hood to find fuel dripping from the fuel injector rail. the fuel injection delivery system leaks fuel from some of the sealing o-rings or from hair line cracks in the fuel injection rail. causing a fire hazard. this problem has been addressed on other chrysler 3.8l engines but not the 1994 town and country. spoke to chrysler rep and was told they would not help since there is no recall on this vehicle for this only on over 1.2 million similar chryslers *nm

My wife mentioned that the vehicle smelled like gas. upon investigation, noticed that fuel rail was wet with fuel. at this point, car was taken out of service, when rail was dry, started engine to nvestigated leak. fuel was noticed leaking from joints where the rails are connected to each other. repairs has not been completed at this time.*ak i have been considering sealing with a fuel tank sealant...as i have seen this noticed on web forums.
