Defect Summary | Wheels with misformed lug nut seats were installed on these vehicles. this causes reduced nut to wheel contact area and limits the wheel self-centering capability during installation. this results in loss of wheel lug nut torque retention. | |||||||||||||||

In the last 6 years, owner has lost 5 decorative caps that cover the lug nuts , the lug wrench supplied with the van does not grip the remaining portion of the smaller lug nut, which makes it impossible to remove the wheel and/or flat tire from the vehicle. cj |
