| As we were driving down the expressway one day the gauges all froze for about 3 days and from that moment on the locks lock and unlock while the car is in motion, it is a continuous thing every time we get in the vehicle. my wife was driving oneday and the doors unlocked on her and the driver door slung open , the only way that i have been able to deal with this is by driving with the door not fully closed so that it will stop locking and unlocking, but that only lasts for so long then it does it at times when the door is not fully closed as well. this has got to be some kind of a manufacturers thing because my horn is not working either and it all has to do with my drivers side door. if there is some type of recall or answer please inform me in a hurry, this is a dangerous problem that really needs to be rectified. *tr | |||

| Since we purchased this van in 2001 we have had a problem with it not wanting to run, at first it was intermittent, but now it is just sitting at the shop. we have taken it in to the dealer 6 times, and to 2 other mechanics 4 times and finally may have found that it is the body control module. we have already spent thousands of dollars on this van and now they want another $1000 that we do not have. i have been reading lots of complaints on the computer concerning this part of the vehicle, why is there no recall for this??? *jb | |||

| The original battery failed at 27,000 miles and was replaced in march 1999 with a new 60 month battery. now 17 months later the battery has failed again and was told by the dealer that the battery had to be replaced. there seems to be an issue with the short life of batteries in these minivans. a side note is my sister inlaw has a 98 t&c with 26k and her battery needed to be replaced. please provide any information that you have on this. thanks! | |||
