Airbag light keeps coming on while driving. dealer keeps telling me it is fixed. passenger slider keeps sticking when cold, it does not open by remote. child seat belt has had to be replaced, and still does not latch well.

Rear seat belt latch around child car seat will mysteriously unbuckle. proper installation of the car seat has been verified several times but latch seems to unbuckle after normal movement of my child in the seat. my research into this issue revealed that chrysler installed gen iii latches in the rear of our van even though there is evidence showing that they are unsafe. this is a very frightening situation and i will be contacting the dealer to try and negotiate replacement of all rear seat latches in this vehicle. i hope that these latches will be recalled before someone else gets injured.*ak

It has come to my attention that generation 3 seat belts may release accidentally in a crash. i unfortunately have these in my car where my three kids sit. it amazes me how little pressure it takes to release these belts and how exposed the buttons are. i can see why it would very easily come undone if bumped by something or someone in a crash. *jb

The seat belts in my 2002 chrysler town and country have come undone 4 times in the rear seat while enduring normal driving conditions. i now have an infant in the seat and it is very visual how the infant seat could hit the restraint latch in the seat belt in normal driving conditions or in an impact. *nlm
