The brake pedal shredded completely off and fell onto the floor of the vehicle, when it was depressed at less than 10 mph. this resulted in the vehicle rear ended a motorist. the manufacture has admitted that this occurred because the metal part that is welded to the brake pedal was badly welded at the factory. |
