| Tl-the contact owns a 2009 chrysler town and country. the contact stated that when the temperature drops below 30 degrees the windshield washer would not operate. the vehicle was inspected by a dealer who informed the contact that the fluid was frozen and that he should wait til the vehicle warms up before usage. the vehicle was suppose to operate like that according to the dealer. the failure mileage was approximately 18,000. the vin was unavailable. tb | |||
