| Tl-the contact owns a 2010 chrysler town and country. the contact stated while driving 45 mph another vehicle pulled out in front of him causing his vehicle to crash into the passenger side of the vehicle. none of the air bags deploy. there was extensive damages to the entire left side of his vehicle. the seat belt caused chest injury to the passenger in his vehicle and he also was injured in the eye. the contact and the passenger was transported to the hospital. the police was notified and report was available if needed. the vehicle was towed to a wrecking yard and the insurance company was notified. the contact was waiting on information from the insurance company. the manufacturer was not notified. the failure mileage was 55,000. mw | |||

| Traveling in rush hour traffic when the chevy silverado applied his brakes all of a sudden. tried to change lanes, but couldn't as there was cars present. hit the silverado in the middle to drivers side front end. being the main point of contact. yet the drivers air bag did not deploy. the car was totaled, as the frame was bent and there was extensive damaged to the front of the vehicle. *tr | |||

| On july 5th, 2011 the above mentioned chrysler van left the highway at a speed of approximately 65 miles an hour and entered a drainage basin. the vehicle came to an abrupt stop when the front of the vehicle came into contact with an earth berm that acted as a wall for the drainage basin. the entire front of the vehicle was damaged to a point that it was considered to be a total loss by the insurance company. the radiator was pushed back into the engine compartment and the front bumper was pulled completely under the vehicle. two tires were flattened and some minor body damage was done to the rear of the vehicle as well. but, not a single air bag deployed during, or after this incident. | |||
