| Tl- the contact owns a 2010 chrysler town and country touring. the contact stated while lifting the captains seat in the driver side rear of the vehicle to give way for other passengers to enter the rear of the vehicle, the contacts finger got stuck in the seat hinge. the ems came and dislodged the contacts finger from the hinge of the seat. the contact went to the hospital for further examination. the dealer was not contacted. the manufacturer was notified and stated that they would escalated the claim to another department. the failure was not remedied. the failure and current mileage was 22,000. nw | |||
