| Tl- the contact owns a 2010 chrysler town and country. the contact was driving downhill with the cruise control set to 55 mph when he attempted to deactivate the cruise control but the vehicle would not respond. the contact shifted into neutral and was able to maneuver the vehicle. the failure recurred twice. the vehicle was taken to the dealer three times where the technician was unable to diagnose the failure. the vehicle was not repaired. the approximate failure mileage was 34,000. kmj | |||

| Spouse was entering a parking space with foot on brake, when vehicle unexpectedly accelerated, jumping over stop curb and hitting bushes. this is the second time this has occurred, but the first time the vehicle was in park. vehicle is a 2010 model with 8000 miles. vehicle was taken to chrysler dealership for evaluation and body repair. cost was just over $1000, half of which i had to pay due to insurance deductible. chrysler rep has inspected car, but i have no decision from him yet. damage was mostly cosmetic (bumper, scratches, wheel well and tire pressure module). | |||
