| The consumer noticed that the park sense (tm) rear back-up system was inoperative. the system did not indicate when the vehicle was in reverse. the vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection. *jb consumer purchased the vehicle because it had an ultrasonic rear park assist system whose purpose was to give a warning when vehicle was close to an object while backing. evidently, the warning system did not work . consumer wants vehicle to be recalled. *ak manufacture responded by stating that there was nothing they would do; that this condition is a design issue not a defect. *tt | |||
