 While driving 35 mph, the driver's seat collapsed unexpectedly. the driver was able to maintain control of the vehicle and drove it home. please provide additional details. *jb

 After driving for a long time the passenger seat riser overheated at a high temperature, that could burn passenger at touch.*ak the dealer confirmed that the seat riser gets very hot, but there is nothing the dealer can do because it is a design flaw and not a maintenance one. consumer called chrysler, who took down the information but nothing has been done to rectify the problem. *jg

 Tl*the contact owns a 2002 chrysler voyager. the contact's vehicle was rear-ended while approaching a red light. the impact pushed her vehicle forward and the rear driver side seat struck the contact in the back of her neck. she sustained neck injuries and was taken to a local hospital. a police report was filed. the entire rear seat was damaged, but repairable. the vehicle was driven to the contact's residence. the speed and powertrain were unknown. the current and failure mileages were 125,000.
