Consequence SummaryThe wiring can be pinched or cut between the frame and axle causing loss of control or total brake failure of the trailer or fifth wheel.
Corrective SummaryCobra industries has gone out of business. the correction was to tighten the slack in the chassis wire harness and secure them to the frame of the trailer with a single eye wire loop.

 Was driving fifth wheel trailer when left front tire, with 2,000 miles of goodyear marathon started to lose tread. pulled over & changed tire. was driving back & right rear tire, with 3,500 miles, blewout. tread had peeled off that tire. also did damage to the camper. entire tread had came off. spare tire was put on. last time was the left right with 4,000 miles, was throwing chunks/pieces of tire caucus. replaced tire with a friends spare.*ak
