Defect SummaryCruiser rv is recalling my 2003-2006 cruiser and land roamer fifth wheel travel trailers equipped with a two-door refrigerator manufactured by the dometic corporation. the refrigerator may have a defect in the boiler tube. pressurized coolant solution could be released into an area where an ignition source (gas flame) is present.
Consequence SummaryRelease of coolant under certain conditions could ignite and result in a fire.
Corrective SummaryCruiser rv will be working with dometic in order to repair these refrigerators (please see 08e032). dometic will repair these refrigerators by installing a secondary burn housing, a thermal fuse, and a melt fuse free of charge. dometic has retained stericycle inc. to manage this campaign. stericycle will assist the owner in locating dealerships or service centers and will provide assistance with scheduling of appointments. owners may contact dometic/stericycle at 1-888-446-5157 or cruiser rv at

Purchased a cruiser rv funfinder 210-x travel trailer in 2006. within 2 years the roof leaked and water got inside walls and the wallboard started to bubble. the dealer took the travel trailer out to the manufacturer in late 2008. they had the travel trailer all winter. we picked it up in the spring of 2009 from the dealer. we were told by the dealer that everything was replaced and fixed including the walls and ceiling. within 6 months we started having the same problem. the wallboard is starting to bubble and i believe that it may be leaking water inside once again. the travel trailer hasn't had much use and should not be doing this especially when the manufacturer supposedly had repaired the problem. we are frustrated that we are stuck with a travel trailer with alot of problems. *tr
