| Tl*the contact owns a 2000 daewoo nubira. on december 1, 2006, all four tires on the vehicle were replaced with 2005 cooper tires. the contact took the vehicle to a local repair shop to have her tires rotated and was informed that the tires were manufactured on december 1, 2005. she took the tires back to where she purchased them and wanted new replacement tires. the technician informed her that they were required by law to sell tires that were a year old. the tire size and dot number were unknown. the current mileage was 67,590 and failure mileage was 57,232. | |||
