Defect SummaryCertain travel trailers and motor homes equipped with a two-door refrigerator, manufactured by the dometic corporation, may have a defect in the boiler tube. pressurized coolant solution could be released into an area where an ignition source (gas flame) is present.
Consequence SummaryRelease of coolant under certain conditions could ignite and result in a fire.
Corrective SummaryDamon will be working with dometic in order to repair these refrigerators (please see 06e076). dometic will repair these refrigerators by installing a secondary burn housing, a thermal fuse, and a melt fuse free of charge. dometic has retained stericycle inc. to manage this campaign. stericycle will assist you in locating dealerships or service centers and will provide assistance with scheduling of appointments. owners may contact dometic/stericycle at 1-888-446-5157 or damon at 1-800-860-3812.

Consequence SummaryIf the lp tank is not secured, the tank could fall to the ground while the motor home is being driven.
Corrective SummaryDealers will inspect the motor homes to verify that the proper hardware is being used and that all nuts are tightened properly.

 Diode inside the wiring harness exploded and burned causing the vehicle to have no brake lights, damon claims no responsibility for the problem because the wiring harness was installed by freightliner (on a 1997 chassis). mr *nlm

 Failed state safety inspection. freightliner chassis service bulletin issued: sb54-3. brake lights diode revision this should be a recall. this failure has cost hundreds of dollars tring to isolate the problem when a simple recall would have saved us time and money. we also had to buy the replacement part. i will also report the problem to the missouri state inspection authorities. dt

 The wall is separating from the floor and the crossmember that supports the floor is bent. *ak
