| Consumer was traveling about 20 mph on a side road. it was raining and vehicle hydroplaned into an eighteen inch wheeler /tractor trailer. tractor dragged consumer's vehicle 50 feet down the highway. fire department had to cut consumer out of vehicle. frontal driver's airbag deployed. but the bag came out at full force . there was a hole inside the air bag as a result of deployment. consumer suffered second and third degree burns. *ak | |||
