| Dash in my 2000 dodge 2500 is cracking and falling in which could cause electrical issues because of exposure to the sun. i have been checking on line and this seems to be hugh problem across the country. i believe dodge should be held accountable for putting such a poor quality product on the road, the way the dash is caving in could cause injury or death if the air bags deploy in a accident. *tr | |||

| I purchased new in 2000 a dodge ram 2500 sport extended cab and two years ago the dashboard began cracking, at this point pieces of the dash have fallen through leaving holes in the dash. i tried to get the dealership in concord, nh to fix it when it was under warranty but they refused. it appears that this is not a limited defect as i've found thousands of complaints on the internet from similar year owners. *tr | |||

| The 2000 dodge ram dashboard began to crack when truck was two years old. the dealership reported that it was not under warranty, and tried to fix it by himself. after a couple of years the crack grew and eventually large pieces of the dashboard broke off. it has not been repaired.*ak | |||
