| Upon entering the freeway and just getting up to freeway speed, the right (driver-side) rear tire separated from the tread causing the vehicle swerve violently. driver was able to recover and stay on the road. extensive damage to wheel well, right rear quarter panel, bumper, taillight, and tailgate. no other vehicles involved. | |||
