| Tl- the contact owns a 2008 dodge avenger. the contact stated that the front passenger side window was opened but could not be closed. the window regulator motor was replaced. in addition, the vehicle was overheating abnormally. the contact refilled the coolant reservoir but the failure recurred. the vehicle had also become resistant to acceleration attempts while driving 10 mph. the vehicle was taken to the dealer but the dealer was unable to diagnose the failures. the manufacturer was contacted and advised that the vehicle was not included in any recalls. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage was 90,000 and the current mileage was 96,000. kmj | |||

| Tl- the contact owns a 2008 dodge avenger. the contact stated when she rolled down the passager side window the window would not roll back up. the vehicle taken to the dealer and they replace the window motor. the contact stated that she had notice her vehicle was over heating and she checked the cooling and refilled it. a week later the cooling was empty again. the vehicle was not repaired. the contact also stated while driving 10 mph to park her vehicle the vehicle stopped responding. she started up the vehicle and the failure stopped. the vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnosis, they stated the vehicle has nothing wrong. the manufacturer was contacted they stated that her vehicle was not under any recall.(nhtsa campaign id number: 07v414000 latches/locks, nhtsa campaign id number: 08v152000 electrical system, and nhtsa campaign id number: 07v473000 engine and engine cooling). the failure mileage was 90,000 and the current mileage was 96,000 | |||

| On 1/12/12 at about 545am i was driving to work on a rainy day. while traveling on 95 north bound at about 55mph my wiper blades stop working and so did my steering wheel. my steering column was not controling my wheels and i hydroplained while trying to stop my car. my car spun around numerous times before slamming into the median wall. i have had many malfunctions with this vehicle but this one topped them all. i have been out of work since this day with injuries caused by this accident, i could have been killed. i contacted the corporate office of dodge and was basically told i was s. o. l. . now i'm stuck with no vehicle and i'm out of work because of it. my waranty on my car has expired and my insurance company will only pay for the damage that was caused from the accident not the problem that caused the accident. so what am i to do? | |||

| Tl-the contact owns a 2008 dodge avenger. the contact stated that the air bag warning light would illuminate on an intermittent basis. the vehicle has not been inspected by a dealer nor has it been repaired. the manufacturer was contacted and they offered no assistance. also the contact stated that when depressing the brakes he noticed a loud squeaking noise. the vehicle was taken to a dealer and they advised him that he needed new brakes. the vehicle was repaired the brakes. in addition to those failures the front passenger side window would freeze in one spot and not wind all the up. the vehicle has not been inspected nor has it been repaired. the failure mileage was approximately 80,000. tb | |||
