| Tl-the contact owns a 2010 dodge avenger. while driving approximately 50-55 mph the contact stated the vehicle hesitated then stalled. he stated he restarted the vehicle and the vehicle started as normal. the vehicle was taken to the dealer for the failure on december 16, 2010. he stated the dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. the failure continued and the vehicle was taken back to the dealer and the dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. the contact stated on the third visit to the dealer the throttle was replaced. the failure continued. the vehicle had not been repaired. the manufacturer had not been contacted. the contact stated there was a problem with the vehicle brakes and the dealer did something to them but he was not sure of what they did. he stated when driving in reverse the brakes were very noisy. he also stated when the the brakes on engaged they go to the floor then pop back up. the vehicle had not been repaired. the failure mileage was 13,000 and the current mileage was 17,386. vwb | |||
