 Tl-the contact owns a 2008 dodge caliber. the contact stated that the throttle control light illuminated on the instrument panel while driving at various speeds. when this occurred, the vehicle would either decelerate or stall. the contact stated that the vehicle would need to rest for a few moments before it would function as normal again. the vehicle was taken to an independent repair shop and the contact was informed that the throttle needed to be replaced. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. the failure mileage was unknown. sm.

 Tl-the contact owns a 2008 dodge caliber. the contact stated that while driving approximately 35 to 45 mph when the vehicle suddenly slowed itself down to 30 mph. she then tried to switch gears and that did not assist in any kind of way. the vehicle was inspected by a independent mechanic and they advised him that throttle body needed to be replaced. the manufacturer was contacted and they offered no assistance. the vehicle has not been repaired. the failure and current mileages were approximately 59,000. the vin was unavailable. tb

 Tl*the contact owns a 2008 dodge caliber. during acceleration, the vehicle pulls to the right. the contact has to accelerate very hard and then oversteer to keep the vehicle from driving off the road. the contact took the vehicle to four dealers and none were able to determine the cause of the failure. the failure can occur at speeds of 5 mph or greater. the current and failure mileages were 1,000. updated 01-11-08. *kb
