| Tl. the contact owns a 2009 dodge caliper. the contact stated while driving 35 mph the contact crashed into another vehicle. during the crash the vehicle was destroyed and the seat belt un-latched causing the contact to fall into the passenger seat. also the air bags did not deploy. the contact was suffered injuries to the left side of her body. the contact has not called the manufacturer. the contact stated the seat belt shouldn't have un-latched. the failure mileage was 46,000. jo | |||
