| This has happened multiple times over the last year. what made me report this one is someone else out there is experiencing the same problem see report 724620. at any speed you remove your foot from the accelerator and the engine dies. this tends to happen when the weather is wet. one incident happened when driver was turning corner and engine stalled lost power steering and drove off on to shoulder. started engine and continued on to have it happen more times on down the road. it can go weeks without it happening or may happened many time in succession. changed fuel filter did not solve problem. i bought vehicle used may 1998. *ak | |||
