| I was making a slow left hand turn from rte 83 onto throndale ave in elkgrove villiage il.as i made the turn it felt as though i had lost a tire on the van.the van started to shake and vibrate really bad. the passenger side front door flew open, at the time ihad just made the turn and was trying to get up speed,but couldn't.just made it about 500 ft on thorndale.looked under the van it looked as though the front axle and cv joint fell apart. curry motors was suppose to have changed the front hub bearings when i bought the van, they also had said that they checked and replace the front brakes and that the rear brakes were okay. this was when i had purchased the van.w hen i talked to the mgr at currie motors last saturday and had told him what happened he said quote it's impossible something like that can't happen . it truly did happen though. the van is currently at larry roesch auto body 300 w.arthur ct.bensenville,il 60106 tel 630-616-1110 | |||
