| Tl*the contact owns a 2008 dodge caravan. the contact was driving 15 mph while making a u-turn when another vehicle caused her to apply extreme pressure to the brakes. the seat belt connected to the child seat opened and the child fell forward. the child was taken to the hospital with a bloody nose and a cut on the lips. the vehicle has not been to the dealer to have the seat belt inspected. the manufacturer was not notified of the failure when the complaint was filed. the failure mileage was 120,000. | |||
