| Tl*the contact owns a 2007 dodge charger. the contact was driving approximately between 60-65 mph on normal road conditions. the vehicle began to accelerate uncontrollably. immediately, pressure was applied to the brake pedal, followed by no power response. the vehicle slowed down after several attempts. the driver was able to gain control and pulled over to the side of the road. the engine was turned off. the vehicle restarted and resumed normal operation. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer on two separate occasions for the identical failures. the technician cleaned the fuel injection and performed an oil change. in addition, there was a replacement of the accelerator pedal. the contact had concern of the safety risk involved. the failure mileage was 29,000. the vin was unavailable. | |||

| In july 2007 i purchased a 07 dodge charger. it has been in the shop 20+ times in the last 6 months. the spedometer fluctuates from 60 to 40 mph when in cruise control and feels like it is going to stall when this happens. the vehicle has odd little shakes and shimmys. the check engine light wont stay off for more then 5 days. the remote entry wont work all the time even if i'm standing right next to the vehicle. there has been a new fuel extractor put into this vehicle. *tr | |||
