 Tl-the contact owns a 2010 dodge charger. the contact stated that the vehicle was involved in a crash. while stopped at a light, the contact stated that the display on the instrument panel indicated that the vehicle was in park, but the vehicle was actually in drive. the vehicle then rolled backward and the contact lost control. the vehicle crashed into a pole as a result. a police report was filed. the vehicle was not repaired. the contact also stated that he performed research and found out that the failure could have been a result of the column shifter linkage. the dealer and manufacturer were not notified of the failure. the failure mileage was 39,700 and the current mileage was 39, 974. sm.

 Tl*the contact owns a 2010 dodge charger. the contact started the vehicle and while it was in the park position, it suddenly accelerated and crashed into another vehicle which pushed that vehicle into another one. the contact confirmed that the vehicle shifted into the drive position when the crash occurred. the contact did not report any injuries. a police report was filed. the fender was being repaired when the complaint was filed. the current and failure mileages were approximately 5,630.
