| Was driving on interstate in very heavy traffic and all of a sudden car downshifted to 2nd at about 40 miles per hr and would not up shift.managed to pull to shoulder of road and onto axcess road.stopped car tried to put in gear and had none except reverse .shut off motor restarted and put in low gear and was able to ease car off road at about 5 miles per hour.had car towed to transission shop and was determined by there puting on computer that overdrive was out.i contacted car dealer as i had just purchased the car 26 days before.he said i was totally responsible for problem i see there has been a lot of complaints on this problem and and hope you can help. thanks. *ak | |||
