| Tl. the contact owns a 1997 dodge dakota. the contact stated while driving at 30 mph the heater blower malfunctioned. the vehicle has no heat nor defroster. the contact had the heater blower, motor, blower fan, and anti-freeze. non of these repairs have remedied the vehicle. the contact stated the vehicle is unsafe to drive in the winter climate due to the defroster malfunctioning. the contact has not called the manufacturer. the failure mileage was 96,400. jo | |||
