 Tl- the contact owns a 2003 dodge dakota. the contact stated the seat belts on the rear passenger seat comes around the base of the seat were there is sharpe metal that has cut the straps to the seat belt. the contact said the passenger side and driver side rear seat belts have ripped. the contact took the vehicle the dealer and was told they would need to consult with the manufacturer. the manufacturer stated they cannot do anything to repair or replace the seat belts. the vin was unknown. the failure mileage was 42,900 and the current mileage was 43,263.rl
