 The vehicle suddenly accelerated out of control causing it's speed to increase resulting in crash into a fixed structure. i purchased the vehicle new in 2007 and after nearly 2 years in april 2009 the gas pedal began to stick and make a clicking noise. the dodge dealer found the problem and replaced the entire pedal assembly under warranty. nearly in the same time period again 2+ years later in nov. 2011, the gas pedal apparently stuck again but this time the vehicle accelerated out of control resulting in an accident.
