Should a vehicle owner continue to keep their older vehicles the headlamps on many vehicles have plastic faces that become etched over time making it impossible to drive the vehicle at night without putting on the high beams. hence night driving has become hazardous for these vehicles and to others. the kits to clean them do not work. the entire headlamp on the vehicles need to be replaced to correct this problem and that costs hundreds of dollars. it is not so simple as to just replace a plastic cover. the vehicle manufacturers should replace them free of charge. plastic doesn't remain clear and visible specifically in the northeast where salt and sand are applied to the roads for winter driving. highway driving is havec on plastic also. are the stats up for night driving accidents???

Over the past 5 years, the serpentine belt continously slips off on my vehicle. when relacing the belt, it was noticed that the tension pulley appeared to be bent. replaced tension pulley and ensure all pulleys lined up. new belt placed on, but when starting the vehicle, it immediately begins to slip off again. over the past 3 years alone, have replaced upwards of 5 serpentine belts and the tension pulley on my vehicle.
