SEAT BELTS - FRONT

I was involved in an traffic accident when another car turned left in front of my car at a light. the airbags deployed and my seatbelt appeared to work. i only had a minor burn mark probably from the airbag, a bruise on one hand and a bruise on my right knee which probably came from the cover of the lower airbag under the steering wheel. there is no problem with these. my wife, the passenger, has bad bruises, some with scraps, across her body from her left waist to her right shoulder. her right hand is badly bruised and appears one or more fingers were bent backwards from being jammed into the dashboard. she also has bruises on her upper thighs. it appears the seatbelt failed to work and the airbag stopped her or the seatbelt failed to lock on impact then suddenly locked. this assumption coming because of the type injuries. i feel this should be brought to someone's attention. i checked the website for dodge/chrysler but could not find a link to notify them. i know you do watch for potential problems so i am sending this complaint to you. *tr
