I bought my used dodge gran caravan 10 in 2011. a few months after i did it, the car started shaking really bad in the steering whee when i was braking. i took it to the dealership, and inform them about the issue. they told me everything was perfect, and brakes were in excelent condition. (09/17/2012). two months later, the rear right brake have a crack. and the sound coming from the back is horrible. i took my car again today (11/17/12) and they said, this car needs total replace of rotors and brakes. i was surprised! i explained them what they told me last time, but the guy said well, even today or two months ago, you have to change everything because that is what we do here. when i tried to talk with the manager, his assistant told me that he was not able to talk to me, because he was at lunch literally, he said this is going to take a while.... they could tell me before, at least warning me about this, but i guess they didn't even check my car the first time. i don't drive this car more that 20 miles everyday, for the brakes to damaged so severely. i have my kids in this car everyday. i am scared now driving that car. it is crazy shaking! the brakes are totally damaged and this could be fixed previously.... this has to be seriously investigated. please don't wait until somebody die because of this. i had found thousands of cases like this all over the internet and with friends. do something about this!!!!

Vehicle has an eldorado amerivan 14 lowered floor conversion. the front driver and passenger seats including lowered floor seat bases would not stay locked to the floor securement system. slight pressure applied to both would cause them to become unlocked from the vehicle floor. family drove around with this deficiency in the driver seat for approximately one month before noticing. front passenger seat had been removed to allow for an occupied wheelchair position.
