SEAT BELTS - INTEGRATED CHILD SEAT

 When pulling on the css t-bar it tightens instead of loosening. this causes the intergrated css to be inoperative. please describe details. *ak

 Unsafe of gen3 seat belts--need to demand they be recalled and replaced, as they are useless and give a false sense of security. infant car seat un buckled when kneeled on to put baby in, did not notice until we got home. so angry to hear this is common, and public is at risk, but they will not recall/replace them! *cb
 Rear lap belt on the passenger side has a tear in the strap. dealer has not seen vehicle. *ak

 While driving 1995 dodge intrepid with 4 month baby facing rearward, harness in css totally fell on right side; css placed in middle of rear seat; 15-20 mph.
