| This complaint is regarding the daimlyr chrysler seatbelt defect on 1993-2002 cars and trucks. the seatbelt (latch 3 type) becomes undone when involved in a crash. there currently is a class action suit pending and chrysler will not at this point recall the seatbelts for safe belts (latch 4). | |||

| The consumers vehicle was hit on the front right side yet the air bags did not deploy. the seat belt also failed to properly restrained the driver and as a result the driver was thrown into the passenger seat. the consumer sustained injuries to the face, right shoulder, side and eyes. the vehicle was a total loss. *nlm | |||
