 Tl-the contact owns a 2003 dodge intrepid. while parked with passengers seated in the rear seats the contact noticed none of the rear seat belts held the passengers firmly in place. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where the contact was told the rear seat belt pulley systems needed to be replaced. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage was 40,000 and the current mileage was unknown. sm.

 Dt: consumer's vehicle was involved in an accident on friday. it rear ended a car that stopped on the highway on ramp. upon impact, the air bags did not deploy. also, the sons' seat belt in the back seat came unbuckled, but he was not in it at the time. no air bag light came on, or had any prior problems with the seat belt before the accident vehicle had not been inspected, and the claims adjuster had not seen it yet.*ak
