| Crashed the vehicle into pole. the car is totaled. passenger airbags went off. drivers airbag did not go off. with the amount of impact the car took on, the drivers airbag should have deployed. significant injuries, head hit windshield, four broken ribs, 2 broken toes, one dislocated. has been hospitalized now for 6 days. and now getting transferred to a rehabilation hospital. *tr | |||

| Tl*the contact owns a 2008 dodge nitro. while driving 40 mph another vehicle crashed into the front end of her vehicle. the seat belts did not secure the occupants and the airbags did not deploy. one of the occupants spine was knocked out of the alignment. the vehicle was towed to a local repair facility, and the vehicle was being repaired. the dealer was contacted and they stated that the air bags were not defective. two engineers were sent to diagnose the vehicle. they concluded that all components were functioning normally. the failure and current mileages were 31000. | |||

| Driving a 2008 dodge nitro. went of the road into a ravine. went through a barbwire fence, over boulders, sideswipped a tree, and hit a big oak tree head on. the airbags did not deploy cause documented whiplash. i was wearing a seatbelt. | |||
