 Tl*the contact owns a 2007 dodge nitro 4x2. when the contact exits the vehicle, a panel located on the passenger and driver sides of the seat catches and rips her clothing. as a result, she sustained scratches on her leg. the vehicle was taken to the dealer for repair, but the failure recurred. the dealer has taken over a month to acquire the parts needed to make the repair. the manufacturer was informed by the dealer that the contact used profanity when she spoke with them, which is why they have not been of assistance. the contact stated that her care taker was the one speaking with them at the time, and not her. when the vehicle was purchased, the contact noticed paint issues with the vehicle. the dealer stated that they were short handed and would notify her of when to bring the vehicle back. as of june 6, 2008, the dealer has not informed her of when to return the vehicle and no repairs have been made. the current mileage was 28,775 and the failure mileage was unknown.
