| Tl- the contact owns 2004 dodge ram. the contact stated while driving at 50mph a vehicle failed to yield the right of way crashed into the contact drivers door. the seats belts failed to restrain. the frontal air bags didn't deploy. the contact received injuries to the chest, front passenger received injuries chest shoulder, passengers in the rear seat belts also filed to restrain. one passenger received injuries to the hip, the other passenger received injuries to the face. the vehicle was towed to the body shop. the sheriff report 26-856-10. the failure and the current mileage were 57,000. li | |||
