| When applying left turn signal, often the vehicles right signal activates, very dangerous as other drivers may make adjustments based upon your signaled direction. often applying the right signal, will not produce any activation at all. | |||

| When i turn on my left turn signal my right turn signal blinks. some times my wipers won't come on or stop running. i am told that the multifunction switch needs to be replaced. this is definitely a safety issue. | |||

| Tl*the contact owns a 2005 dodge ram 1500. the contact noticed a problem with the windshield wipers which stopped functioning on delay. they would stop in the middle of the windshield when he deactivated them. he later noticed that the left turn signal and the left headlight failed to function. a warning code illuminated on the instrument panel; however, he was unable to identify the code. the contact called an automotive parts store who stated that the problem could have been caused by the multi-function switch. the vehicle had not been inspected or repaired. the manufacturer was not notified of the failure. the current mileage was approximately 150,000. the failure mileage was approximately 147,000. | |||
