| Tl-the contact owns a 2005 dodge ram 1500. while driving approximately 30 mph she turned on the air conditioner and noticed there was only a small flow of air coming out of the vents. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where she was informed a flap within the air vents was blocking the air flow. the vehicle was not repaired and the failure continues. the failure mileage was 80,000 and the current mileage was 100,000. sm. | |||
