For some reason my truck just stalls out when making a right hand turn or left hand turn or if you slow below 5 mph and try to turn the engine just shuts down and dodge acts like its just me. i feel this is a accident waiting to happen lets take care of the issue before someone dies. i paid 35,000 dollars for this truck and it shouldn't be a lemon even if the tranny has been rebuilt 3 times already. but there is something going on and dodge needs to fix it at there cost not ours

When i slow down, and specifically turn the wheel in either direction, my dodge will randomly stall. the radio will stay on and the only way i know the truck has stalleld is because i am not going anywhere. once i put it in neutral it starts right up and takes off. this is extrememely dangerous and has almost caused accidents. took it to my local dodge dealership and they have no clue what it could be as they were unable to duplicate the problem.

My 2005 dodge ram 1500 slt truck has around 52,000 miles on it as of now. i am starting to experince turn signal problems. when i turn my turn signal on for the left the right comes on and when i turn my signal on for the right nothing comes on. this has happen to me twice so far. i belive this is a safety issue that needs to be fixed by the dealer.

Driving during inclement weather event, heard a pop in the area of the right front wheel. assumed it was ice or snow. within the next 20 miles, slight vibration began and grinding noise heard. parked vehicle for week while out of town. returned drove to work, approx 22 miles, problem persisted and got worse, this was during another snow event. decided to seek assistance from local dealership, refused immediate attention, set up appointment for jan. 4, 2010. called local repair shop near home. could get me in immediately. attempted to drive to repair shop. right from wheel bearing failed, causing damage to hub and axle. had to be hauled in because the wheel separated from axle. caused tire to ride up into upper control arm and destroyed tire. searched internet and found that 2006 dodge rams had been recalled for similar problems and that 2002 thru 2008 dodge rams that had replacements with specific brands had been recalled. my vehicle had only 53,412 miles on it when the bearing assembly failed. it has cost me over $600 in repairs that were not covered by the 70,000 mile limited drivetrain warranty. the replaced parts are available and in my possession. it seems to me this is a failrly common occurence in dodge pickups of many model years including 2005 both 2 and 4 wheel drive.

While driving in city rush hour traffic, i experienced sudden unintended acceleration (wide open throttle) after taking my foot off the throttle pedal to slow down for a turn. the throttle remained stuck in full acceleration mode until i crashed into a traffic light pole. full details are available online here: http://imimpulsive.blogspot.com/2010/01/stuck-throttle-accelerator-that-almost.html

This incident has now happened more than once and i am quite concerned. as i drive my 2005 dodge ram 1500 v8 hemi, it stalls on me without warning. prior to this the svc engine light would come on. i took it in to autozone w/a registered egr sensor, valve, etc. i replaced the valve, cleaned out the throttle. the light went away after this fix. but as i stated, as i drive the vehicle it continues to shut off w/no notice at all. i thought to prompt an investigation as all of my online findings would indicate the exact same problem.

Steering failed, truck was having a thumping on right front area, but it was not the tire, it cause me to loss of control while steering, the truck was totaled, it rolled over three times, the front driver airbag did not deploy, was saved by my seatbelt, the truck roled to the right hitting on the passanger side, it had only 44,000 miles, i noticed this problem and took it to be inspected but nothing showed up as it was blamed by the person who drove it as my tires being rough, i already owned them for over a year with about 5000 miles on them and it was not the tire, it was faulty linkage for steering, caused loss of control and this truck was highly maintianed, and before i could get a second opinion it was wrecked, as other drivers and other dodge trucks have faulty steering linkage problems, this will cause more accidents for other owners, after the wreck i could see that the linkage was damaged but since it rolled three times the insurance company can not say what exactly cause the sudden loss of steering, the linkage components are not right dodge needs to recall these trucks
