| Tl. the contact owns a 2009 dodge ram. the contact stated while driving 60 mph the vehicle suddenly accelerated. the vehicle accelerated up to 115 mph. the contact had to pull the accelerator pedal in order to slow down the vehicle. the contact stated took the vehicle to the dealer and the dealer replaced the accelerator pedal and removed the floor mat. after the repairs the vehicle accelerated once again without warning. the contact took the vehicle back to the dealer and the dealer could not find a problem with the vehicle. the contact called manufacturer stated and the manufacturer informed the contact to take the vehicle back to the dealer for a diagnostic test. the dealer could not find a problem from the diagnostic test. the contact stated the vehicle is very unsafe to drive and the stated it may cause crash. the failure mileage was 11,000. jo | |||

| Tl-the contact owns a 2009 dodge ram 1500. while driving 35 mph the accelerator pedal throbs and vibrate so badly it vibrates his foot from the accelerator pedal. the vehicle was taken to the dealer who informed him they would have to run a diagnostic test but it would cost $100. the manufacturer was call and stated that was not a safety defect and offered no other assistance. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage was 6,000 and the current mileage was 27,000....mw | |||
