| After hand washing my truck, i notices significant defect in the chrome parts on the truck. most of the chrome is covered in corrosion and discoloration. this problem was first noted when the truck was one year old but was very minor. the defects have spread and become a major issue on the bumpers, wheels, steps, and trim. i went to the dealer and met with the regional chrysler rep who informed me that this would not be covered. they took the stance that the damage was due to something picked up on the road. i am the original owner of the truck and have driven nothing but highways and city streets. this corrosion is concerning for a 2 year old truck with 18000 miles that is well cared for and garage kept. chrysler needs to stand by its products and ensure a quality product. if a 2 year old truck is covered in rust it's value is significantly reduced. | |||

| Driving around 35 mph started to hear whining noise. it kept getting louder then all the sudden alot of banging and the rear wheels locked up causing me to skid out of control. got out looked under the truck found my drive shaft on the ground. i have pictures of the damage for proof. dealer said the nut for the ring and pinion fell off. please make this a recall before someone dies. | |||

| I was driving vehicle at 55 mph along undivided 2 lane highway. differential began to make whining noise and then within 1-2 minutes the rear differential locked up and the drive shaft yoke broke causing the drive shaft to drop to the ground. due to the speed, vehicle control was difficult while attempting to stop. once stopped, drive shaft yoke was obviously snapped off and passenger side rear tire had melted rubber from being dragged for a few hundred feet when differential locked up. vehicle was taken to deal and after 2 weeks determination was made that something seized in the differential and caused internals to be destroyed. dealer has not mentioned current recalls or investigations. as of now, i have been told that dodge is not making the parts needed and that a minimum of 1 month lead time is expected before parts become available. i am told no loaner vehicle or rental car will be provided. *tr | |||
