| Tl-the contact owns a 2011 dodge ram 1500. the contact was leaving an intersection at 35 mph and applied the brakes as a vehicle attempted a left turn in from the opposite side of the roadway. the brake pedal traveled to the floorboard abnormally and did not respond. the contact crashed into the side of the preceding vehicle. no one was injured and the vehicle was towed to an auto body shop. the manufacturer was notified of the failure who advised that they would send an investigator to inspect the brake failure. the contact had experienced the brake failure once prior to the crash. the failure mileage was 29,000. kmj | |||

| Tl-the contact owns a 2011 dodge ram 1500. the contact stated as he pulled off from an intersection at 35 mph. he depress his brake very hard as it went all the way to the floor causing him to crash into the side of another vehicle as the vehicle made a left turn in front of him. no one was injured and the vehicle was towed to the auto body shop. the insurance company was notified. the manufacturer was notified who stated they will send and investigator to inspect the brakes. the contact stated this was the second time this failure occurred. the failure mileage was 29,000. mw | |||
