 Consumer was involved in an accident, hitting a ditch when driving at 30-32 mph. driver side seat belt failed to restrain driver, seat belt failed to lock up which forced driver over steering wheel. driver sustained injuries to neck and back. *ak consumer has not been to work for over one year due to injuries sustained in accident. *slc

 While driving 70 mph driver fell asleep at the wheel and hit another vehicle that was parked on the side of the shoulder of the highway. upon impact, both air bags did not deploy. driver's side seat belt snapped in half. driver sustained head injuries and was transported by ambulance to a hospital. vehicle was totaled. *ak

 The tensioning clip for the rear and passenger side seatbelts has failed twice since purchase. these clips are made of hard plastic and have srings inside to provide tension to keep belt from slipping. the clips are manufactured in two pieces and snap together. i do not believe that these clips would hold up in a crash and would fail, allowing passenger and car seats to move foward.*ak

 While installing child safety seat into the vehicle the rear shoulder belt broke. the dealership replaced the belts but they broke again before consumer left the dealership. ts
