| Tl-the contact owns a 2003 dodge ram. the contact stated while driving the vehicle at 55 mph, contacted attempted to brake and vehicle hesitated to come to a stop. the contact removed foot from brake pedal, the vehicle accelerated on his own. the electronic throttle control warning light was illuminated. the vehicle was checked by a mechanic who stated the failure was related to the electronic control throttle, but exact problem was unknown. the manufacturer was made aware, however no further assistance was provided. the vin was unavailable. the current mileage and failure mileage was 168,000.yn | |||
