 Fuel leaked from the vehicle's fuel injection.*mr the vehicle had experienced this failure twice. this motor year had undergone a redesign of the fuel injection system for 2003 model year and may have a design flaw which could result in a fire. *ph *jb

 Fuel is leaking from a high pressure fitting, and may be dripping on the manifold or the exhaust system. consumer feels that eventually this will cause a serious fire. *ak this was the second fuel leak from the fuel injector system. *scc *jb

 2003 dodge ram fuel lines rotted resulting in a severe leak. *kb ***nar*** the consumer stated the manufacturer cannot or will not produce a replacement fuel line. the consumer stated while the truck was sitting in idle, the vehicle began to move backwards. the consumer attempted to stop the vehicle with no success. the vehicle rolled down a hill and into a tree. the consumer received a recall notice after he experienced the failure with the transmission. *jb

 The fuel tank on the vehicle fell off while the consumer was driving at 50 mph. contacted dealer and the vehicle has been at the dealer for about two weeks and the problem has not been fixed. *mr per invoice-the the fuel tank strap was improperly installed and the strap had come loose, dropping the fuel tank and damaging it-replaced. *scc
