 Tl-the contact owns a 2001 dodge ram 2500 pick up. the contact stated that while driving at various speeds the window fogged up and contact was unable to defrost the window causing his visibility to be blocked. the contac mentioned that the air conditioner only worked on the bottom vents. the failure recurred four times. the vehicle was taken to dealer who diagnose that the link for the blend air door fracture. as a result, the a/c heater blend door needed to be replaced. also, the dashboard developed a cracked which was cause by the repairs done. the manufacturer was made aware who did not offer any assistance. the failure mileage was 12,000 and the current mileage was 38,000. pmb

 Tl-the contact owns a 2001 dodge ram 2500 pick up. the contact stated at a stop the contact noticed that the air did not come out of the other vents, except vent that directed air to the floor. the contact stated while driving that the window fogged up, and contact was unable to defrost window, and visibility was reduced. the failure occurred four times. the vehicle was taken to dealer for inspection who determined that the link for the blend air door had broken. the failure was repaired by replacing the a/c heater blend door. the contact stated that the dashboard was cracked by the repairs done, because they had to remove the dashboard to replace failed part. the manufacturer was made aware and had offered to have it replaced, but the parts were backordered and they later refused to cover repair. the current mileage was 38,000. the failure mileage was 12,000. yn
